Emergency Assistance ~ Guests can access services when they are in a crisis. This includes food, clothing, transportation & bus tickets, hygiene products, personal items, disaster assistance, thrift store vouchers, necessary household items, access to community resources and referrals to crisis counselling or mental health services.
Drop-In Supplies ~ Hygiene products, emergency needs, special needs, household needs, and various other essential items.
Laundry, Showers, & Clothes ~ Guests can access dry clothes and have their clothing laundered. We also offer jackets, footwear, toques, gloves and other essential clothing. We were able to provide guests access to clothing and household items approximately 700 times last fiscal year.
Family Services ~ Clothing Vouchers, Household Vouchers, and Food Hampers.
Advocacy ~ We assist our guests in dealing with some of life’s challenges. The aim is to empower those we serve to overcome with our guidance. We assist with government forms and procedures, landlords, housing, employers, creditors, health practitioners, the RCMP and the judicial system.
