Who We Are

Mount Waddington Community Ministries serves with an “everyone welcome” philosophy, with community at the heart of everything we do. Guided by The Salvation Army’s core values of Hope, Service, Dignity, and Stewardship, we are dedicated to making a meaningful, positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

Through a diverse range of programs and services, including our Drop-In Centre, Sobering & Assessment Centre, Emergency Shelter, and Worship Services, we meet people where they are at. Our mission extends beyond providing essential services; we strive to treat every individual with compassion and respect, fostering a true sense of belonging for everyone who walks through our doors.

Our History

Mount Waddington Community Ministries has grown in response to community needs over time, expanding its programs and services to support individuals and families in the region.
