Christmas Kettle Campaign
Bringing hope to families each holiday season

Holiday Giving Campaign
The Salvation Army Mt. Waddington Community Ministries Holiday Giving Campaign is a long-standing community initiative that helps provide essential support to individuals and families throughout the year. Funds raised through the campaign assist with food and clothing support, emergency assistance, shelter services, and community programs across the Mount Waddington Region.
A key part of the campaign is its local impact — every dollar raised within the community stays within the community. In 2025, volunteers and donors helped raise $18,544.27 in support of local programs and services through the Centre of Hope.
Nationally, The Salvation Army’s 2025 campaign raised more than $22.7 million across Canada, including over $3.75 million through cashless “TipTap” donations, reflecting the generosity of communities coming together to support those in need.
Community members can support the campaign by donating or volunteering as kettle bell ringers throughout the holiday season. Even a single volunteer shift can help make a meaningful difference for local families and individuals facing hardship.
