Sobering and Assessment Centre

Our 12-bed Sobering & Assessment Centre, operated in partnership with Island Health, provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need of care and stabilization. Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, the centre offers a compassionate space for those experiencing intoxication, housing instability, or requiring assessment and support.

Our team is committed to promoting safety, dignity, and stability while helping individuals connect with appropriate health and community resources. The goal is to support the first steps toward recovery, well-being, and longer-term care where needed.

Guests are provided with a meal upon departure and have access to essential services, including showers, washrooms, laundry, clothing, hygiene supplies, and refreshments such as coffee, tea, and water.

The centre is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including statutory holidays.
